โรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก โรงพยาบาลชั้นนำ ก้าวล้ำเทคโนโลยี ภาคีมีส่วนร่วม
วันที่ 21-22 เมษายน 2558 ฝ่ายสุขศึกษาและพัฒนาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ โรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก ได้จัดทำโครงการเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมบริการสู่ความเป็นหนึ่ง (ESB) โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 รุ่น รุ่นแรกวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2558 โดยมีนายแพทย์ไชยสิทธิ์ เทพชาตรี รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายการแพทย์ เป็นประธานเปิดพิธี มีนายแพทย์ชัยวัฒน์ พัฒนาพิศาลศักดิ์ รองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มปฐมภูมิ เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงาน และรุ่นที่ 2 วันที่ 22 เมษายน 2558 โดยมีนายแพทย์ศุภชัย ศุภพฤกษ์สกุล ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก เป็นประธานเปิดพิธี มีนางสาววัฏฐิกา สัตยาทิตย์ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหาร เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงาน การจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้มีการบริการที่เป็นเลิศประทับใจ ต่อผู้เข้ามารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลกทุกระดับ และมีความพร้อมในการปรับตัวให้สอดคล้องกับปริมาณงาน สภาพการทำงานและปรับทัศนคติเป็นบวก มีมุมมองที่ดีต่อองค์กร มีการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีคุณภาพ และมีการเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมบริการสู่ความเป็นหนึ่ง ดั่งวิสัยทัศน์ขององค์กร ที่ว่า “ โรงพยาบาลและเครือข่ายสุขภาพ หนึ่งในใจประชาชนชายแดนใต้ ”
โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลทุกคนตลอดจนเครือข่ายทุกระดับ จำนวน 450คน โดยจัดการอบรมเป็นเวลา2วัน คือ รุ่นที่1 อบรมวันที่ 21 เมษายน 2558 มีเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกหน่วยงานเข้ารับอบรมจำนวน261 คน รุ่นที่2 อบรมวันที่ 22 เมษายน 2558 มีเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกหน่วยงานเข้ารับอบรมจำนวน224คน และได้รับการสนับสนุนวิทยากรที่มากไปด้วยประสบการณ์ในด้านบริการ(Hospitality) อ.ชลธร บุญศรี มาเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้ในครั้งนี้
