เมื่อวันที่ 3 เมษายน 2558 โรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก ได้จัดทำโครงการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ(โรงพยาบาลคุณธรรม) โดยมีนายแพทย์ศุภชัย ศุภพฤกษ์สกุล ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลสุไหงโก-ลก เป็นประธานเปิดพิธี มีนายแพทย์พรประสิทธิ จันทระ รองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพ เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงาน และได้รับเกียรติจากนายแพทย์วิศิษฏ์ อภิสิทธิวิทยา ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลบางมูลนาก จังหวัดพิจิตร เป็นวิทยากรในการจัดอบรมครั้งนี้ โดยมีโรงพยาบาลในเครือข่ายจังหวัดนราธิวาสเข้าร่วมรับฟังในกิจกรรมดังกล่าวด้วยอาทิเช่น สสจ.นราธิวาส /รพ.นราธิวาสฯ/รพ.ตากใบ/รพ.แว้ง/รพ.สุคิริน/รพ.สุไหงปาดี/สสอ./รพ.สตในเครือข่ายรพ.สุไหงโก-ลก จำนวน 200 คน
